Let’s grow the Mento community together! Separate from your compensation and bonuses for your work as a coach, all coaches will receive a bonus for completing the following actions:

1. Referring an enterprise partner
2. Referring a Mento member
3. Referring a Mento coach
4. Referring a Mento employee

1. Referring an Enterprise Customer

2. Referring a Coach

All coaches will receive a $500 onetime referral bonus for successfully referring a coach to Mento. The referred coach must complete Coaching 101 and 90 days of coaching for the bonus to be paid.

3. Referring a Mento Employee

All coaches will receive a $500 one time referral bonus for successfully referring an employee to Mento. The referred employee must be successfully hired and complete complete 90 days of employment for the bonus to be paid.

4. Referring a Member

All coaches will receive a $200 one-time referral bonus for successfully referring a member to Mento. Members must be in coaching for 90 days for coach to receive bonus.
