Overview
All B2B members are now required to complete Mento's Pulse Check Survey as part of their onboarding. This means every B2B member will have a Pulse Survey Baseline going forward.
Upon being matched with a member, you will have access to preview their survey results in advance of your Chemistry Call. Use this early access to build context and familiarity with the member, but do not debrief the results with them until they have officially selected you as their coach.

Accessing Pulse Survey Results
There are two ways to access a member's Pulse Survey results via the Mento Platform.
Option 1: Coach Home screen
- Under today's sessions, youโll see a new Notifications section.
- Any new Pulse Survey results will appear here.
- Click "View [Member's] Responses" to link directly to that member's results.

Option 2: Member Profile
- Navigate to the member's Profile.
- Select the Insights Tab.
- Click on Pulse Survey.
Coaches will also receive an email notification for each newly submitted Pulse Survey result (starting 3/24) which will also include a link directly to the memberโs survey results.
The Insights Tab
The Insights Tab now includes both Pulse Survey results and Peer Insights. Within the Pulse Survey card, you'll find:
- The Pulse Debrief Coach Guide (viewable only by the coach)
- A list of the member's completed Pulse Surveys with the date each was taken
- The number of questions answered per survey
- Average aggregate scores
Click the View button on any survey to open its full results.
Please note: Only results from August 2025 forward are visible on the Mento platform. Any results prior to August 2025 remain in coaches' member trackers only.
Insights Tab View

The Pulse Results Page

At the top of the results page, you will see:
- The date the survey was completed
- Whether it was a Baseline or Repeat Survey
- A link to the Pulse Debrief Coach Guide
- A "Done" confirmation button (see Coach Action below) or a Discussed Status
Coach Action: Done Button: Click this button the first time you review Pulse results with your member. While the conversation may continue across multiple sessions, the intended action is to click this button at the time of your first discussion.
Clicking the Done button will also remove the corresponding notification card from your home screen.

Survey Results
Below the header, you will see the member's responses displayed as colored bars, with scores ranging from 1โ10 alongside open-text answers. Results are organized into four sections:

๐๏ธย Note: The Coach Efficacy section also displays the name of the coach at the time the survey was completed.
Score Color Scale
Each bar is color-coded for quick reference:

If you are viewing a Repeat Survey, the change from the prior survey is displayed as a colored +/โ value to the right of each bar.

Important Details ๐ฉ
- Notifications are triggered at the coach selection stage. Email and in-platform notifications will only begin after a member has selected you as their coach.
- Historical results have a cutoff. Pulse results from August 2025 onward only are available on the platform. Earlier results remain in coaches' member trackers.
- Members can view their own results. Members now have access to their own Pulse Survey results. Their view is identical to yours, with two exceptions: they do not have the "Done" button, and they cannot see the Pulse Debrief Coach Guide.
