Coach of the Month

We are excited to share that today we’re launching a Coach of the Month program. Over the next few months we’ll be implementing more ways to honor and recognize all of you - we appreciate the important work that you do and for being integral parts of our company and community. This is just the beginning, and we are excited to share more soon. The Coach of the Month will be given a $500 bonus and we would like to feature the winner in our social media (if that feels good).Towards the end of each month, the Community & Coaching team will select a coach who has exemplified coaching at Mento. This selection will be based on the following criteria: Member Impact, Mento-ness, and Mento Coach Community.Here’s more detail on each criteria:

1. Member Impact

• Are we seeing positive feedback from members in their survey responses? Do their members invest in them over the long-term? Are members experiencing significant change in their life? Are they going above and beyond to support members when they need it?

2. Mento-ness

• Does the coach we’re recognizing live and uphold the values we hold dear at Mento? Does the coach assume positive intent with their members, Mento, and other coaches? Do they come from a place of openness, fascination, and curiosity? Do they take things seriously, but not personally? Do they view feedback as a gift? Do they practice above the line leadership?

3. Mento Coach Community

• Does the coach show up for coaching weekly or monthly coaching community hour? Do they regularly or proactively schedule sessions with Tara when they need support? Do they show up for their fellow coaches? Are they going above and beyond to make contributions to the coaching community?
