A huge congratulations to Nina Patel on being our Coach of the Month. Since joining us in January, Nina has been eager to collaborate with the Mento team. She has proactively reached out to Tara for help about a member that she was struggling to engage, shared productivity tools and coaching and management resources with our team (like this one!), offered constructive feedback on an experiment we are doing with one of our partners, referred members and coaches into our community, and even used her engineer’s eye to catch a bug or two in our platform. Nina, we appreciate your excitement for coaching and willingness to share your learnings with our team. We can’t wait to continue collaborating together!
