    In addition to the hourly rate you receive for time with members, there are a couple bonuses we offer at Mento.

    1. Performance Bonus

    General Information:

    Coaches are eligible for a bonus based on key performance indicators pertaining to member satisfaction. Coaches will receive a bonus of $60 per eligible b2b member that rates them 4/5 or 5/5 stars during a specified push/open window for the member survey (called Pulse Check by Mento). These bonuses will be processed a following pay period after the closure date of the survey.

    An eligible B2B member is an active B2B member who has completed six or more sessions with you as their coach before the end of the survey window. You must also be an active coach to qualify for bonuses.

    Pulse Check by Mento:

    Pulse Check by Mento is a survey that measures members’ performance, leadership skills, manager effectiveness and coach efficacy. It also provides specific, actionable feedback for you - their coach - about your coaching partnership. This data is a unique win-win-win! It helps you and your member track their progress, helps you identify opportunities for where you can grow as a coach, and it helps Mento demonstrate how incredible this coaching team is and how our coaching impact is truly differentiated.     Is the survey only used to determine whether coaches get their performance bonus?

    Great question - the answer is no! We use the survey not only to collect feedback for you about your coaching partnerships and bonuses, but to also collect essential data for our partners about how coaching is impacting their employees and the overall company culture. This data allows us to demonstrate the impact Mento has on an individual, team, and company level, but also to provide our partners with clear growth areas within their leadership team and organization as well.

    Am I eligible to receive a coaching bonus?

    You are eligible to receive a bonus for every active B2B member you have that you’ve completed six or more coaching sessions with, including the chemistry call. If you complete the sixth session with a member while the survey window is open, you are eligible for a bonus after that session if the member completes the survey and gives you a 4/5 or 5/5 rating. You must also be an active coach meaning you are actively coaching and available to be actively matched with new members (if you are at capacity that is still considered active).

    How will I know which members are eligible to complete the survey?

    Mento will send Pulse Check out to eligible b2b members. We will also follow up with you with a list of your eligible b2b members for the bonus so that you know who to discuss the survey with in your next session. We will also let you know if any of your members are going to complete their sixth session with you while the survey window is open - those members are eligible too!

    If you’d like to confirm how many sessions your member has completed with you, please review your cal.com history, Google calendar, or your member tracker.

    May I receive a bonus for members who stopped coaching prior to this survey window?

    We value coaching as a long-term commitment and partnership. If a member cancels before the Pulse Survey is sent, we do not include them in the Pulse Check survey and bonus process.

    Will I be able to review which members filled out the survey?

    Yes, of course! Please visit your coach home screen to see results as they come in. Feel free to reach out to coachsupport@mento.co to discuss anything in the results. We also encourage you to discuss the results up with your member during your next session.

    Can I still receive a performance bonus if my member doesn’t complete the survey?

    No. The Pulse Check performance bonus system is specifically based on the data and feedback that your member shares. You can read about the other non-performance bonuses we offer here.

    2. Referral Bonuses

    We want to grow Mento together. Separate from your compensation and bonuses from your work as a coach, all coaches will receive a bonus for completing the following actions:

    1. Referring an enterprise customer
    2. Referring a Mento member
    3. Referring a Mento coach
