Please, take your vacation! Once you’ve booked your trip, let your members know in your next session together, ideally 2-4 weeks before your vacation. After you’ve told your members, reschedule any 1-on-1s that you are going to miss in advance. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions so members and our partner companies are still paying for two sessions a month - therefore, it’s important that you get these re-scheduled in advance and make them up! If a member does not want to make up or re-schedule the session, they are forfeiting the session at their discretion.
