We love to stay connected with our coaches, so we use Slack for easy and fast communications! This allows us to foster a virtual coaching community and to provide real-time support to our coaches.

Join the #coaching channel to introduce yourself to the rest of the coaching team. This is where broader coaching team announcements will be made about new platform features, trainings, and anything else coaching related!

Join the #product-feedback-n-ideas channel if you’d like to share any product feedback or have an idea for the product team.

Join the #product-bugs-n-help channel to report bugs, ask product questions, or get help resolving issues!

Join the #product channel to hear about product updates, upcoming features, and other news from our Engineering, Product, and Design team.

Use your #month-date-cohort group channel to stay connected to your onboarding coach cohort! (Tip: everyone loves a good dog pic!)

Use your #firstname-lastname-coaching-success private channel to reach your Mento Coaching team for any assistance you need. You can also slack the coaching team POCs directly (more on this below).

Who is my main POC for member specific questions? Please tag @Zack and @Jocelyn in your coaching success channel, or reach out to either one of them directly!

Examples of when to reach out to Zack include if your member mentions having issues with their subscription, if you are going on vacation, if you haven’t heard from your member in a while, if you are having a problem with your member, or if your member mentions wanting to pause or cancel. Please also reach out to Zack if you have questions about the Coach-Member tracker or quarterly member surveys!

Who is my main POC for coaching and coaching skills questions? Please tag @Tara in your coaching success channel, or reach out to her directly!

Tara is your go-to-gal for advice on coaching, engaging and re-engaging members, helping you articulate your value, and is always available for check-ins and life conversations. Even though you’ll have consistent quarterly 1:1s with her, please schedule time with her outside of these sessions as you’d like (calendar here)

Who is my main POC for logistical housekeeping questions? Please tag @Chloe in your coaching success channel, or reach out to her directly!

You can reach out to Chloe for: coach referrals/Greenhouse, billing & payments/Gusto, bonuses, setting up or editing your profile, calendar, trainings, and scheduling, etc.

Who is my main POC if something on the platform isn’t working/technical questions? Please make sure to add yourself to the #bugs Slack channel and send a message to our tech team for help!
