Thanks for the updated offer. I’m very grateful that you’ve shown flexibility in accommodating my needs. Regarding comp I think we’re almost there. The base cash comp is a discount on my existing startup salary and I’m comfortable with where we are there now, but it is important to me to make sure that risk is reflected in the equity component.

So my final ask on equity comp would be… if you can bridge the gap to x.xx% I would be happy with the comp.

I continue to be very excited about what you’re building and am extremely excited about the chance of making a big impact at COMPANY.
